Detailed description of the works I want to draw a plan for a Bungalow. 4 bedroom 12 * 12 all ensuites, a large livingroom + dining but the dinning would be a bit higher than the living room with four stairs up. One 10*7 store/storage room + 10*10 kitchen. The living room would have one little toilet as well. One spare room in the house basement and side car park.
